Keep Me wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For keepme.com purchases, we will accept unworn, unused (with the exception of panties and boyshorts) or defective merchandise for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note only items purchased from this website can be returned according to the policies below:
- All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition and must include original packaging with tags attached. No credits or refunds will be issued on panties/boyshorts, used, worn or damaged goods. If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of goods sold and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged AFTER delivery.
- Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt to receive a refund; however, sale merchandise can be returned for credit only if returned within 14 days from date of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns. Original shipping costs on defective items will be refunded.
- Goods must be returned with their original sales slip and shipped in a trackable and insured way. We suggest USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking #. We cannot be responsible for goods returned to us that we have not received and signed for.
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE MERCHANDISE
